Unloading Process: The compressor pressurizes gas from the storage tank, pushing it into the tank truck via the gas-phase pipeline. Simultaneously, liquid is transferred from the truck to the storage tank using the gas-phase pressure difference.
Temperature Management:
- No forced cooling during unloading to prevent premature gas liquefaction, which could hinder pressure differentials and slow the process.
- For residual gas recovery , a cooler can be used to rapidly condense and recover remaining gas.
